There may be no better way to experience the rich array of opportunities Michigan offers you than to tour campus and meet the people who make up this dynamic community. Ultimately, it’s the only foolproof way to be sure.
Ways to Visit
We offer several visit options—including group visits, bus tours, and special presentations—that will answer your questions about everything from the value of a Michigan education to the basics about financial aid. However, most prospective students and parents attend our information session and central campus walking tour. For convenience, our information sessions are offered several times a week and are undoubtedly the best way to get an in-depth view of the admissions process and the University of Michigan campus. Information sessions are one-hour presentations given by one of our knowledgeable and helpful admissions counselors. Following the session, you will embark on a one-and-a-half hour walking tour of central campus guided by a friendly current undergraduate student. The tour will show you this campus in close-up detail and give you the opportunity to feel the Wolverine spirit that lingers in the air in nearly every corner of campus.
