cross campus transfers
Current undergraduate U-M students on the Ann Arbor campus apply through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to:
- A. Alfred Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning
- Dental Hygiene Program
- School of Education
- Kinesiology
- College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA)
- School of Music, Theatre & Dance
- School of Nursing
- College of Pharmacy
- Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy
Cross-Campus application to LSA should be made at least one month in advance of the desired term of enrollment. Freshmen may not submit an application for cross-campus transfer before the beginning of their second term of enrollment (with the exception of application to the School of Music, Theatre & Dance). Cross-Campus applicants to units other than LSA should contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions prior to February 1 to determine appropriate deadline dates, minimum grade point average, and required prerequisites for specific units.
There is no application fee for Cross Campus applicants. Our online application willl be available through March 1. Be sure to check that you are a Cross Campus applicant on the Preliminary Questions page.
Current undergraduate U-M students on the Ann Arbor campus who wish to transfer into the School of Art & Design, College of Engineering or the Stephen M. Ross School of Business should contact the school/college directly.
